The appeal of this work lies in the shaking of the revenge story's starting point. The setup in which she must get close to the person she has marked for punishment creates a tension in which her certainty collapses as the distance to the enemy narrows. As in the title 'Blades Among the Petals,' the structure in which the outward relationship and the hidden purpose beneath it are at odds drives the story forward. Because revenge and the search for truth collide within a single character, each of the protagonist's choices becomes the direction of the narrative.
It is directed by Joo Myeong-ryang and stars Wang Haoxuan, Joo Ri-ran, Zhou Ningzi, Won Jing-jeu and Zhou Yuhang. With a short running time of 36 minutes, it is easy to watch one episode at a time. It is rated 15+ and has been available on TVING by subscription since October 18, 2026.
