It is a 2022 Movie. "Are you looking for ruins around here? I'm looking for a door." Suzume, a girl living in a quiet town in Kyushu, meets Souta, a young man traveling in search of doors. Following behind him, she discovers an old door in the mountain ruins. When Suzume opens the door as if drawn by something, a disaster threatens the town, and she barely manages to close it with the help of Souta, who seals disasters beyond doors generation after generation. "We have to close it, right here!" The relief of averting disaster is short-lived; a mysterious cat named Daijin appears and turns Souta into a chair, and doors that bring disasters begin opening in ruins across Japan.
